Please read our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The item is incorrect or missing

  • The item is not functioning as described

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • With original packaging (if applicable)

  • Reported within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed mind)

  • Wrong size/color chosen by customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items


2. How to Request a Return

To begin a return request, email us at:

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.


3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will:

  • Issue a full or partial refund, or

  • Send a replacement item, depending on availability

Refunds are sent to your original payment method (PayPal or card).
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed:

  • We will help investigate with the carrier

  • If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost


7. Incorrect Address Provided

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items

  • Beauty tools used on skin

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Clearance products


9. Return Shipping Costs

In most cases:

  • If the item is defective/damaged → We cover the return or replacement

  • If the issue is not due to product quality → Customer is responsible for return shipping
